Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and creative
Marketing Specialist
to support and execute marketing initiatives for our Property & Facilities Management division.
The ideal candidate will have experience in digital marketing, campaign management, content creation, and market research, with a strong ability to drive brand visibility and business growth.

- Job requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business, Communications, or related field
- 4–6 years of marketing experience (Facilities Management / Property / Real Estate preferred)
- Strong digital marketing and content creation skills
- Experience with Canva, Mailchimp, and social media tools
- Good communication, organization, and multitasking abilities
- Proficient in MS Office
Key Responsibilities
- Execute digital and offline marketing campaigns
- Manage social media, website content, and online presence
- Create marketing materials (brochures, presentations, promotional content)
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis
- Track campaign performance and suggest improvements
- Ensure brand consistency across all channels
- Support events, exhibitions, and promotional activities
- Coordinate with Sales, BD, and Operations teams
