Marketing Specialist
About This Role
We're a fast-growing Dubai real estate company looking for a creative and data-driven Marketing Specialist to own our brand presence, generate leads, and support our sales team with compelling content across all channels.
What you'll do:
- Plan and execute digital campaigns across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and TikTok
- Timely upload in all company social media accounts
- Manage and optimise paid ad campaigns (Meta Ads, Google Ads) within budget
- Write compelling copy for captions, email campaigns, and WhatsApp broadcasts
- Track performance metrics and deliver weekly reports to management
- Coordinate with agents to produce content and provide scripts for each
- Coordinate with the Graphic Designer for any designs/creatives needed
What we're looking for
- 2+ years in a marketing role — real estate or property experience strongly preferred
- Proficiency in Canva, or similar design tools
- Hands-on experience with Meta Business Suite and Google Ads
- Strong copywriting skills in English; Urdu is a plus
- Organised, self-motivated, and comfortable working to deadlines
- UAE-based with a valid residency visa or eligibility to obtain one

10am-7pm (Mon-Fri)
10am-5pm (Saturdays)
Pay: AED3,500.00 - AED4,000.00 per month
