Marketing Specialist - Ad Operations

Role overview

What you'll do

• Build, execute, and optimize campaigns across Google Search, Performance Max, Demand Gen, Meta, and other paid social platforms.
• Analyze performance trends and improve lead generation while reducing cost per lead.
• Manage budgets and spending to maximize return on investment.
• Run A/B tests and experiment with targeting and creative strategies.
• Track lead volume, cost per lead, conversions, and campaign effectiveness.
• Ensure brand, tracking, and manufacturer co-op advertising standards are met.
• Collaborate with creative, data, and marketing teams; manage timelines and projects using Asana.
• Keep up with digital advertising trends and platform updates.

What we're looking for

• 3+ years of hands-on Google Ads and Meta Ads Manager campaign management and optimization experience.
• Experience with Google Search, Performance Max, and Demand Gen campaigns.
• Familiarity with GA4, Google Tag Manager, conversion tracking, and campaign reporting.
• Analytical approach to campaign metrics, trends, cost per lead, conversions, and advertising budgets.
• Attention to detail, ability to manage multiple campaigns, and strong organization and deadline management.
• Comfort working with project management tools such as Asana.
• Automotive industry experience is a bonus, not required.

Workplace

• Permanent, full-time, on-site role based at the Saskatoon office.

Compensation

• Annual compensation is $55,000–$70,000, depending on experience.
