Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Marketing Sales Executive at Gama Ship Repair in Dubai.
The successful candidate will identify and develop new business opportunities, strengthen client relationships, and manage the entire sales cycle.
Responsibilities
include lead generation, preparing and delivering persuasive sales presentations, negotiating contracts, and achieving sales targets.
The role will also involve market research, creating marketing strategies, and representing the company at industry events to promote its ship repair and marine services.
Qualifications
- Proven business development and sales experience within the
- ship repair, shipyard, dry docking, or marine conversion industry is mandatory
- .
- Candidates from shipping, logistics, freight forwarding, marine equipment supply, or other marine sectors without direct ship repair sales experience will not be considered.
- UAE Driving License is compulsory.
- Demonstrated ability to secure dry docking, afloat repair, retrofit, conversion, or marine engineering projects.
- Established network of ship owners, ship managers, technical superintendents, fleet managers, and vessel operators.
- Strong negotiation, presentation, and relationship management skills.
- Ability to develop sales pipelines, prepare commercial proposals, and achieve revenue targets.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
- Willingness to work on-site in Dubai and travel as required.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marine Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
