Marketing & Pursuits Coordinator
Role Overview
The Marketing & Pursuits Coordinator supports the Marketing Department by leading the coordination of proposals and company events.
The role advances Keller’s brand and business development goals by helping tell a compelling story, sell its strategy in every pursuit, and create memorable experiences in both proposals and events.
Success in this role depends on the ability to sell, to create polished and engaging experiences, and to do both in alignment with Keller’s brand and strategy.

EXPERIENCE
- Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field, preferred.
- Minimum of 1-3 years of experience in a sales and marketing support role.
- Proficiency in social media platforms, content management systems, and basic graphic design tools.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic knowledge of event planning and coordination.
- Familiarity with email marketing software and analytics tools.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
- Team player with a proactive and creative mindset.
- Experience with Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, or similar design tools.
- Video editing skills and experience with tools such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or similar software preferred.
Preferred Qualifications
