Role overview
Support the Truck department's growing trucking operations in Jeddah, serving Saudi Arabia and the GCC.
Manage daily fleet coordination, support drivers and customers, and help ensure safe, efficient, on-time deliveries while developing the marketing sector.
Marketing and fleet operations
- Lead and execute marketing strategies to attract B2B and enterprise transport clients in the Western Region.
- Plan and coordinate daily truck dispatch, routes, and schedules.
- Oversee transport operations, fleet performance, route planning, and driver management.
- Track shipments using GPS and transportation management systems, resolve exceptions, and keep customers updated.
- Maintain vehicle registration, insurance, permit, and license records.
- Support the Transportation Manager with reporting and operational improvement identification.
Qualifications and experience
- Diploma or bachelor's degree in logistics, supply chain, or transport management is preferred but not mandatory.
- 2–5 years of experience in truck transport operations, sales, or marketing; Saudi Arabia or GCC experience is preferred.
- Deep understanding of the Jeddah and Saudi transport market and client networks.
- Familiarity with tracking systems and Microsoft Office tools.
- Arabic and English bilingual ability is preferred.
- Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
