The Coordinator seamlessly links the public face of the company (marketing and customer service) with its internal engine (operations and events).
This position ensures that customer touchpoints are consistently high-quality, operational workflows remain on track, and marketing initiatives—culminating in brand events—are executed flawlessly.
1. **Events Coordination & Management
- End-to-End Execution: Oversee event planning from initial concept, venue booking, and vendor negotiation to on-site setup and post-event analysis.
- Logistics Oversight: Direct day-of logistics, including guest lists, catering, AV equipment, schedules, and transportation.
- Stakeholder Liaison: Act as the primary point of contact for external venues, security teams, and technical contractors.
2. Marketing Support & Brand Promotion
- **Campaign Assistance**: Assist in executing digital, email, and social media campaigns to promote company offerings and upcoming events.
- **Collateral Creation: Coordinate with graphic designers to develop promotional brochures, event banners, and digital marketing materials.**
- Market Research: Monitor competitor activity and identify new market trends to optimize audience reach.
- **Analyse and Improve Marketing Campaigns: Analyzing and improving marketing campaigns using iterative, data-driven process. To optimize effectively, you must define clear KPIs, diagnose performance across the marketing funnel, and adjust your strategy based on actionable insights.**
3. Customer Service & Client Engagement
- Inquiry Management: Resolve customer inquiries, resolve complaints, and handle correspondence via phone, email, and social media with high courtesy.
- **Guest Relations: Serve as the primary host at events, managing RSVPs and ensuring attendees have an exceptional experience.**
- **Feedback Loop**: Collect post-event feedback and client reviews to improve service quality and retention.
4. Business Operations & Administration
- **Workflow Management:** Maintain organized business records, update project management dashboards, and track operational calendars.
- **Financial Assistance:** Assist with budget reconciliation, basic invoicing, expense tracking, and vendor payment documentation.
- **CRM Maintenance:** Update and organize customer databases, tracking interaction histories and mailing lists.
- Pay: AED4,000.00 per month
- Ability to commute/relocate:
- Dubai: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
- Willingness to travel:
- 50% (Preferred)
