Role Overview
We are looking for a highly skilled Performance Marketing E-commerce Manager to lead and scale our online sales growth through paid advertising and conversion optimization.
You will own the full performance marketing funnel from acquisition to revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute e-commerce growth & performance marketing strategy
- Manage paid campaigns across:
- Google Ads
• Meta Ads (Instagram)
- TikTok Ads
- Snapchat Ads
- Drive measurable revenue growth & customer acquisition
- Optimize conversion rate across website & app (CRO)
- Analyze performance data, customer behavior, and competitors
- Manage marketing budget with focus on ROI and profitability
- Collaborate with content, design, and product teams
- Deliver clear KPI reports to leadership
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in performance marketing / e-commerce marketing
- Proven hands-on experience managing TikTok Ads & Snapchat Ads campaigns
- Strong experience with Google Ads & Meta Ads
- Demonstrated impact on online sales growth (not only brand awareness)
- Strong analytical mindset and ability to optimize based on data
- Experience working in fast-paced, result-driven environments
