Responsibilities

  • Develop marketing strategy and plans with go-to-market leadership; support budget management and forecasting.
  • Own demand generation, content programs, campaign execution, and monthly and quarterly sales-qualified lead and pipeline targets.
  • Build scalable campaigns for customer segments across geographies and industries, including region-specific approaches for Québec.
  • Lead paid digital campaigns and optimize paid search, display, social, email, events, webinars, and direct mail.
  • Maintain campaign and brand messaging; manage content production, the content calendar, website, and social presence.
  • Support product marketing, sales enablement materials, and launch coordination; own webinar and in-person event marketing.
  • Coordinate lead handoff, tracking, lead quality, and MQL-to-SQL conversion with commercial teams; help reach larger enterprise opportunities.

  • Lead and develop three direct reports, set priorities, and provide campaign guidance.

What you bring

  • 5+ years of marketing experience spanning demand generation, brand, and/or content marketing.
  • Technology-environment experience; B2B experience is strongly preferred, and relevant B2C technology experience can also translate.
  • Proven multichannel campaigns that drive measurable demand, pipeline, and revenue growth.
  • Experience adapting campaigns across Canadian regions and audiences, and hands-on paid digital expertise, particularly Google Ads, Google Search, and LinkedIn Ads.
  • Experience contributing to brand, messaging, or content strategy; managing budgets, forecasts, and channel spend; and partnering with Sales, Business Development, and/or SDR teams.
  • Experience leading, mentoring, or managing people; working knowledge of Salesforce, HubSpot, Google Analytics, Excel, and sales and marketing technology tools.
  • Data-driven judgment, attention to detail, strong communication skills, AI-tool experience for marketing work, and ability to assess channel investments.
  • French fluency is a nice-to-have. PR or partnerships experience and experience expanding into enterprise opportunities are also nice-to-haves.

Benefits

  • Comprehensive health and dental benefits, RRSP matching, and three weeks of paid vacation per year.
  • The company describes an open, transparent management structure and a collaborative team.
