Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Marketing Manager role based in Riyadh.

The Marketing Manager will develop and execute marketing plans that strengthen brand awareness, drive customer traffic, and support the company’s growth objectives.

Daily responsibilities include planning and managing campaigns across digital and offline channels, coordinating promotions, and working closely with operations and outlets to ensure consistent brand messaging.

The role involves analyzing market trends, customer insights, and campaign performance to optimize marketing strategies and budgets.

The Marketing Manager will also oversee content creation, manage external agencies and vendors as needed, and support community and CSR initiatives aligned with the brand’s mission.

Qualifications

  • Strong experience in marketing management, preferably in food & beverage, hospitality, or retail.
  • Proven ability to plan and execute integrated marketing campaigns across digital, social media, and offline channels.
  • Skills in market research, competitor analysis, and using data to guide marketing decisions.
  • Experience in brand building, positioning, and maintaining consistent visual and verbal brand identity.
  • Comfort with marketing analytics tools and KPIs to measure campaign effectiveness and ROI.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; Arabic proficiency is highly beneficial.
  • Strong organizational, project management, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to work on-site in Riyadh, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and visit branches when required.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field; relevant certifications are a plus.
  • Experience managing budgets, external agencies, and vendors in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.
