KBH Real Estate Development is seeking an experienced and commercially driven Marketing Manager to lead our marketing function and accelerate business growth across our real estate development portfolio in the UAE.
This is a strategic leadership role for a high-performing marketing professional who combines strong real estate market knowledge with hands-on expertise in digital marketing, performance campaigns, brand development, and lead generation.
We are looking for a results-oriented leader who understands how to transform marketing investments into qualified leads, sales opportunities, and measurable business outcomes.
Strategic Marketing Leadership
- Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with company growth objectives and sales targets.
- Identify market opportunities through competitor analysis, consumer insights, and market research.
- Drive brand awareness, market positioning, and customer acquisition initiatives across all channels.
- Create scalable marketing frameworks that support project launches and long-term business growth.
Performance Marketing & Lead Generation
- Plan, manage, and optimize paid advertising campaigns across: Google Ads, Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram), LinkedIn Ads, YouTube Campaigns
- Develop and improve lead-generation funnels, landing pages, and conversion optimization strategies.
- Monitor and improve key performance indicators including: Cost per Lead (CPL), Return on Investment (ROI), Conversion Rates, Lead Quality, Customer Acquisition Cost (CAC)
Digital Marketing & Technology
- Lead SEO, SEM, website optimization, and digital growth initiatives.
- Utilize analytics and reporting tools to make data-driven marketing decisions.
- Manage CRM platforms, marketing automation systems, and customer journey optimization.
- Analyze campaign performance and provide actionable recommendations for continuous improvement.
Brand Management & Campaign Execution
- Lead the development and execution of integrated 360° marketing campaigns.
- Oversee content strategy, social media management, creative development, video production, and corporate communications.
- Ensure brand consistency and messaging alignment across all customer touchpoints.
- Support project launches, promotional campaigns, exhibitions, and corporate events.
Team Leadership & Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Lead, mentor, and develop the internal marketing team.
- Manage external agencies, media partners, designers, and production vendors.
- Collaborate closely with sales leadership to ensure marketing efforts directly support revenue generation.
- Manage budgets, timelines, campaign delivery, and overall marketing performance.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
- Minimum 7 years of marketing experience.
- Minimum 3 years of UAE real estate marketing experience (mandatory).
- Proven success in performance marketing, lead generation, and digital growth strategies.
- Strong expertise in: Google Ads, Meta Business Suite, LinkedIn Campaign Manager,SEO & SEM, Google Analytics, CRM Systems
• Marketing Automation Platforms
- Experience managing marketing budgets and multi-channel campaigns.
- Strong analytical, leadership, communication, and project management skills.
