About CWS
CWS is a young, fast-growing Montreal-based cybersecurity delivery company serving resellers, distributors, and technology vendors.
Corova is its services delivery platform, being developed from experience operating a channel delivery business.
Role overview
The marketer will build content for the Corova platform launch and CWS security programs, with content as the priority.
The role also supports the outbound motion run by sales leadership.
Content and brand authority
- Own the Corova content library, including product content, user guides, onboarding and training materials, feature explainers, and release notes.
- Structure, version, and maintain content library materials.
- Create credible case studies from delivered engagements for CISOs, channel VPs, and reseller account executives.
- Develop blog posts, point-of-view pieces, partner playbooks, and program explainers.
- Maintain a consistent CWS and Corova voice across the website, LinkedIn, and partner channels.
Sales enablement and demand generation
- Create sales sheets, one-pagers, technical briefs, ROI models, decks, and battlecards.
- Build co-branded enablement kits and campaign materials for partners.
- Work with practitioners and field CISOs to turn technical delivery details into content that supports sales.
- Build outbound from scratch through ICP definition, target-list building, enrichment, and segmentation.
- Develop email sequences, nurture workflows, reporting, landing pages, and campaign conversion paths.
- Set pipeline goals alongside sales and report on the full funnel.
Events
- Events join the role in the medium term after the content foundation and outbound engine are running.
- Work may include conferences, partner events, happy hours, lunch-and-learns, and co-marketed webinars.
What you bring
- 2 to 5 years in content or B2B marketing; technical, SaaS, or cybersecurity-adjacent experience is ideal.
- Exceptional writing is the most important qualification; explain technical security topics clearly for a technical audience. Writing samples are part of the application.
- Comfort using AI tools for research, drafting, and iteration; the team uses Claude day to day.
- A builder's instinct and willingness to ship a working first version.
- Based in Canada; Quebec-based candidates are strongly preferred.
Bonus qualifications
- Cybersecurity or adjacent infrastructure fluency; experience building a content library or knowledge base from scratch.
- Design fluency in Figma or Canva; familiarity with VAR, distributor, or MSP ecosystems.
- Exposure to marketing automation or CRM tools such as HubSpot or Salesforce is not required.
- Bilingual English and French.
