Ewan Development develops real estate and hospitality investment opportunities in the Kingdom and the region.
The Marketing Manager will lead creative marketing for real estate projects and turn project concepts into campaigns and content.
What you’ll do
- Lead marketing strategy for real estate projects from pre-launch through sales.
- Develop a creative concept for each project and campaign, including its idea, tone, and visual direction, and maintain consistent content.
- Plan and produce social media content for LinkedIn, Instagram, X, TikTok, and Snapchat using a structured content calendar.
- Write and brief posts, captions, and campaign messages in Arabic and English.
- Coordinate with designers, photographers, videographers, and agencies; manage briefs, timelines, and approvals.
- Prepare brochures, project presentations, and launch campaigns.
- Track performance, analyze results, and improve reach, engagement, and lead generation.
- Support sales with campaigns that generate qualified leads.
What we’re looking for
- 5+ years of marketing experience; real estate, hospitality, or property development experience is strongly preferred.
- A portfolio showing campaigns or content the candidate conceptualized and led.
- Strong writing skills in Arabic and English.
- Good understanding of social media platforms, paid ads, and digital analytics.
- Excellent organization and ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
- Familiarity with Canva or Adobe Suite is a plus.
