Marketing Manager — Earn2Trade

Earn2Trade is looking for a Marketing Manager to lead the planning, coordination, and execution of marketing initiatives across our growing brand.

This role is ideal for a strategic, highly organized marketing professional who can connect creative direction with disciplined execution, ensuring that campaigns, content, community, and communications move forward in a coordinated and measurable way.

As Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for building and maintaining the marketing department's strategic calendar, planning campaigns and events, coordinating with internal departments, and overseeing the development of content across video, email, social media, Discord, and the Earn2Trade blog.

You will work closely with creative, production, support, affiliate, community, and leadership teams to ensure marketing initiatives are aligned, timely, and effective.

The Marketing Manager will develop and manage the marketing department' s strategic planning and scheduling process, ensuring that campaigns, product promotions, content releases, and community initiatives are organized across clear timelines and priorities.

This role will plan, coordinate, and support marketing campaigns and events from concept through execution.

The Marketing Manager will communicate regularly with different departments to gather input, align messaging, manage deadlines, and ensure that every campaign is executed with consistency across all relevant channels.

The successful candidate will oversee and coordinate video production workflows, including campaign videos, promotional assets, educational content, and social media video deliverables.

They will also help guide mailing initiatives, social media activity, Discord community engagement, and blog development, ensuring that each channel supports Earn2 Trade' s broader marketing objectives.

The Marketing Manager will monitor campaign progress, identify execution gaps, organize team priorities, and help maintain accountability across contributors.

This person will also support performance review, content planning, campaign reporting, and continuous improvement of marketing operations.

Compensation: $5,000 per month

We are seeking a candidate with strong marketing judgment, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple projects at once.

The ideal candidate understands how to translate business goals into practical marketing plans and can coordinate people, content, timelines, and communication across departments.

A strong applicant will have experience in campaign planning, content coordination, digital marketing, social media management, email or mailing campaigns, and cross-functional project management.

Experience with video production coordination, community platforms such as Discord, financial education, trading, fintech, or online subscription-based services would be valuable.

This position offers compensation of $5,000 per month.
