Role Description
The Marketing Manager role is a part-time, on-site position based in Dubai.
In this role, the Marketing Manager will plan and execute promotional campaigns for events and initiatives, manage social media channels, and create engaging marketing content tailored to the ProductTank audience.
The person in this position will collaborate with organizers, speakers, and partners to develop event marketing materials and ensure consistent messaging across all platforms.
Day-to-day duties include coordinating email newsletters, monitoring campaign performance, optimizing outreach strategies, and supporting community engagement before, during, and after events.
The Marketing Manager will also contribute to strengthening the ProductTank brand in the region and identifying opportunities to grow attendance and membership.
Qualifications
- Demonstrated skills in marketing strategy, campaign planning, and brand positioning for events or communities.
- Experience with digital marketing, including social media management, content creation, and email marketing tools.
- Ability to write clear, compelling marketing copy and adapt messaging for different audiences and channels.
- Strong organizational and project management skills to coordinate multiple activities and deadlines.
- Comfort working on-site with cross-functional teams, speakers, and partners to support live events.
- Analytical skills to track and interpret marketing metrics, audience engagement, and campaign performance.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage a diverse, international community.
- Previous experience in community building, event marketing, or product-focused organizations is an advantage.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
