This is a part-time, on-site Marketing Manager role based in Dubai.
The Marketing Manager will plan, execute, and monitor marketing campaigns across digital and offline channels to enhance brand awareness and support business objectives.
Responsibilities include developing marketing strategies, managing social media presence, coordinating with internal teams and external agencies, and ensuring consistent brand messaging.
The role involves analyzing campaign performance, preparing periodic reports, and recommending data-driven improvements.
The Marketing Manager will also support event planning, content briefing, and market research to identify opportunities, trends, and competitor activities.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in marketing management, including campaign planning, brand positioning, and performance tracking.
- Strong skills in digital marketing channels (e.g., social media, email marketing, basic SEO/SEM concepts) and familiarity with common marketing tools or platforms.
- Ability to conduct market and competitor research, analyze data, and translate insights into actionable marketing initiatives.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; Arabic proficiency is an advantage.
- Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple initiatives on a part-time schedule.
- Collaborative mindset, with the ability to work closely with cross-functional teams and external partners in an on-site environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Experience in the UAE or GCC market and familiarity with local cultural and business context is preferred.
