Marketing Manager

Qualifications

• Must possess knowledge of Non Life Insurance Products
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and staff
• 5-10 years’ experience in the insurance industry(UAE), with knowledge of insurance products, policies, and procedures is a must.
• Proficient in MS Office and other relevant software
• Bachelor's degree
• Certification equivalent to ACII/AIII
• Fluent in English and knowledge of multi languages is a plus
• Responsible for developing, retaining and expanding the sales channel, through hiring, coaching, developing and supervising the sales team.
• The focus and objective is to ensure achievement of the marketing departments set activities and sales targets as per company annual budget, strategy and business plan.
• Expand business reach through networking/branding techniques
• Supervise the Sales Department’s performance against pre-set KPI’s in line with PI policies’ strategy and recommend corrective actions accordingly in order to reach set annual targets
• Follow-up on all duties related to advertisements, customer service, complaints and claims.
• Implement the department’s Policy Procedure and suggest enhancements to the marketing department.
• Build & manage, marketing and sales team, as per company recruitment plan and remuneration matrix, set their objectives, monitor their performance and design incentive plans accordingly
• Detect the training needs of the sales team and ensure proper coaching
