Role Description

We are seeking a strategic and results-oriented Marketing Manager to lead the development and execution of integrated marketing initiatives that strengthen brand awareness, drive customer acquisition, and support business growth.

The successful candidate will be responsible for planning, implementing, and optimizing marketing strategies across multiple channels while ensuring alignment with organizational objectives and market opportunities.

The Marketing Manager will develop and execute comprehensive marketing plans, campaign strategies, and brand initiatives that effectively position products and services in target markets.

The role involves analyzing market trends, customer behavior, competitive landscapes, and campaign performance to identify growth opportunities and improve marketing effectiveness.

Key responsibilities include managing integrated marketing campaigns across digital, social media, email, content, events, public relations, and traditional advertising channels.

The individual will collaborate with product, sales, creative, communications, and external agency partners to deliver consistent messaging and high-impact marketing initiatives that support customer engagement and revenue objectives.

The role also involves overseeing brand management, content strategy, promotional activities, and marketing communications while ensuring consistency across all customer touchpoints.

The Marketing Manager will monitor key performance indicators, evaluate campaign results, and provide data-driven recommendations to optimize return on investment and overall marketing performance.

In addition, the successful candidate will manage marketing budgets, coordinate project timelines, and oversee the development of marketing materials, presentations, and promotional assets.

The role requires identifying emerging market trends, consumer insights, and innovative marketing approaches to enhance competitive positioning and support long-term business success.

The Marketing Manager will work closely with cross-functional teams to align marketing initiatives with commercial priorities, customer needs, and strategic objectives.

The role also includes supporting product launches, customer engagement programs, lead generation initiatives, and corporate branding activities.

The ideal candidate demonstrates strong commercial awareness, creative thinking, and analytical capability.

Success in this role requires excellent communication, leadership, project management, and stakeholder management skills, along with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, Advertising, Public Relations, or a related field.
  • Strong understanding of marketing strategy, brand management, and integrated marketing communications.
  • Knowledge of digital marketing channels, including social media, search engine marketing (SEM), search engine optimization (SEO), email marketing, content marketing, and paid advertising.
  • Experience developing and executing multi-channel marketing campaigns.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret market research, customer insights, and campaign performance data.
  • Proficiency in marketing analytics platforms, CRM systems, content management systems, and Microsoft Office applications.
  • Familiarity with marketing automation tools, web analytics platforms, and data visualization tools is advantageous.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with strong presentation and storytelling abilities.
  • Strong project management and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and external partners.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with a strategic and customer-focused mindset.
  • Experience managing marketing budgets, timelines, and campaign performance metrics.
  • High attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality marketing initiatives.
  • Knowledge of customer segmentation, market research, and consumer behavior analysis.
