We are looking for an experienced Marketing Manager to lead our content and brand growth strategy across multiple business verticals in Dubai, including real estate, F&B, and hospitality.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with business goals across multiple industry verticals
- Build and manage monthly and weekly content calendars for all social media platforms including Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and Facebook.
- Set KPIs, track campaign performance, and produce detailed analytics reports with actionable insights
- Lead and coordinate the internal creative team including content creators, photographers, videographers, and graphic designers
- Oversee brand identity and ensure consistency across all marketing materials and platforms
- Plan and manage marketing budgets, allocating spend across paid and organic channels
- Identify growth opportunities through competitor analysis and market research
- Liaise with external agencies, influencers, and media partners as needed
- Stay current with digital marketing trends and platform algorithm changes
