About The Role

We are looking for a strategic, creative and commercially minded Marketing Manager to lead the growth of our brand across all channels.

This is not a purely executional role, we need someone who brings big ideas to the table, owns the strategy end-to-end and leads a small but talented team (Graphic Designer + Videographer) to bring that strategy to life.

You will be the driving force behind brand awareness, patient acquisition, content excellence, community building and business development partnerships.

You will work closely with the CEO, clinical team and front-desk to ensure every touchpoint, from a social post to a WhatsApp reply, reflects the premium trustworthy identity of our clinic.

1. Brand Strategy & Growth

  • Own and continuously evolve the clinic's brand strategy across all online and offline channels.
  • Bring quarterly and annual marketing plans with measurable growth targets to the CEO for approval.
  • Identify emerging trends in wellness, aesthetics and luxury lifestyle to keep the brand ahead of competitors.
  • Propose and drive brand activations, campaigns and seasonal moments that generate buzz and bookings.
  • Track competitor activity and translate insights into strategic recommendations.

2. Content Strategy & Calendar Ownership

  • Lead the creation and management of a rolling monthly content calendar across Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, and Meta, owned jointly by you, the Graphic Designer, and Videographer.
  • Set the creative direction for each piece of content: format, messaging, tone, visual style, and platform strategy.
  • Brief the creative team clearly and review all output before publishing to ensure brand consistency.
  • Oversee model bookings and shoot logistics, coordinating talent, scheduling and ensuring clinic operations are not disrupted during shoot days.
  • Personally capture reactive, spontaneous content (stories, behind-the-scenes, treatment moments) when the team is not on-site.
  • Maintain a content library of approved assets for ongoing use across campaigns, ads, and collateral.

3. Paid Advertising & Performance Marketing

  • Oversee paid ad strategy across Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads.
  • Monitor campaign performance weekly, tracking CPL, ROAS, conversion rates, and booking rates and present findings to the CEO.
  • Train and update the reception team monthly on what ads are currently running so they can convert inquiries with context and confidence.
  • Work with the Graphic Designer on ad creatives and A/B test formats regularly.

4. Events, Activations & Community

  • You will be expected to proactively identify and propose opportunities for the clinic to show up in the right spaces and build community.
  • Ideas and activations to explore include:
  • Branded clinic open days and VIP patient evenings with live treatment demos
  • Pop-up presence at luxury hotels, private members' clubs, and wellness retreats
  • Participation in aesthetic industry conferences, medical summits and wellness expos
  • Co-hosted wellness brunches or masterclasses with aligned lifestyle brands (fitness studios, luxury spas, nutritionists)
  • Brand tables or sponsorships at high-net-worth community events (charity galas, ladies' lunches, corporate wellness days)
  • Quarterly in-clinic educational talks or Q&A sessions with doctors, promoted to a curated guest list
  • Digital activations: challenges, giveaways, or live series in collaboration with influencers or partner brands
  • Present an events pipeline to the CEO each quarter with objectives, budgets, and expected outcomes.
  • Manage all event logistics — venue, invitations, collateral, setup, and post-event follow-up campaigns.

5. Influencer & Partnership Collaborations

  • Identify, vet and manage relationships with influencers and content creators aligned with the clinic's brand values.
  • Negotiate collaboration terms, deliverables, and timelines, ensuring clear ROI expectations.
  • Build an ongoing ambassador or affiliate programme that creates sustained organic reach.
  • Identify non-competing luxury and wellness brands for co-marketing campaigns, package deals or cross-promotions.

6. B2B Business Development & Partnerships

  • A core pillar of this role is proactively identifying and pursuing business-to-business opportunities that drive new patient pipelines and brand visibility.
  • Responsibilities include:
  • Research and approach corporate clients (HR managers, employee benefits providers) to offer corporate wellness programmes, group treatment packages, or clinic memberships for their team
  • Identify and reach out to aligned luxury businesses hotels, private members' clubs, concierge services, high-end gyms, bridal boutiques, and spas, to establish referral or preferred partner arrangements
  • Build relationships with referring professionals, GPs, dermatologists, cosmetic surgeons, physiotherapists and maintain a structured referral programme
  • Approach real estate developers, lifestyle management companies and relocation services that serve high-net-worth residents
  • Pitch the clinic for inclusion in luxury lifestyle guides, concierge apps and curated city directories
  • Maintain a B2B pipeline tracker and present updates on outreach, conversion, and partnership value to the CEO monthly.

7. CRM, Lead Management & HubSpot

  • Own and manage HubSpot CRM, including campaign builds, landing pages, email sequences, lead nurturing workflows, and lead source tracking.
  • Ensure the reception captures, assigns, and follows up within all digital leads within agreed timeframes.

8. Reception Team Enablement & Messaging

  • Together with the CEO develop and maintain a messaging framework for the reception/front-desk team that reflects the clinic's tone of voice across all patient touchpoints, WhatsApp, phone, email and in-person.
  • Conduct regular briefings (minimum monthly) to update the team on current campaigns, active promotions, and running ads, ensuring they can speak confidently to patients who come in via marketing.
  • Keeping updated simple reference documents, scripts, and FAQs that empower the reception team to convert inquiries effectively.
  • Flag and address communication gaps that may be impacting patient experience or conversion rates.

9. Reporting & Analytics

  • Produce a monthly marketing report covering: social growth, content performance, paid ads results, lead volume, booking conversion, and key campaign outcomes.
  • Present findings and strategic recommendations to the CEO in a clear, visual format.

Experience & Background

  • 5-10 years in a marketing role with at least 2 years in a managerial capacity.
  • Proven experience managing or briefing creative teams (designers, videographers, or agencies).
  • Background in healthcare, aesthetics, wellness, beauty, or luxury lifestyle is a strong advantage.
  • Track record of growing brand presence and driving measurable business results.
  • Demonstrable B2B outreach or partnership development experience.

Skills & Tools

  • Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads, strategic and operational competency.
  • HubSpot campaign creation, lead workflows, and reporting.
  • Canva / Adobe Creative Suite, able to review and direct creative work with precision.
  • Content strategy and copywriting, across social, email, and campaign formats.
  • Project management, comfortable holding a team accountable to deadlines and deliverables.
  • Data analysis, able to read performance dashboards and turn numbers into action.
