About the Company

We are a growing UAE-based group operating across three connected business divisions: real estate / contracting and maintenance, fire safety and firefighting solutions, and a SaaS platform for realtors, contractors, and service providers.

The group serves residential, commercial, hospitality, infrastructure, maintenance, fire safety, and digital service sectors.

Our SaaS platform supports real estate professionals, contractors, and service providers through provider panels, tender submissions, project coordination, onboarding, and lead management tools.

We are looking for an experienced Marketing Manager who can build the marketing department from the ground up, create structured lead generation systems, manage digital growth, hire and manage a marketing team, and build scalable reporting and tracking systems across all three businesses.

Role Overview

The Marketing Manager will be responsible for creating, leading, and executing the full marketing strategy for the group.

This role requires strong experience in B2B lead generation, SEO, paid media, social media, content marketing, CRM systems, reporting, analytics, lead funnels, budget management, app installs, SaaS onboarding, and team building.

This is not only an execution role.

The ideal candidate must be able to build systems, manage vendors, structure data, create processes, and connect marketing activities directly to qualified leads, sales pipeline, app adoption, and revenue.

The candidate should be comfortable working across real estate, construction, fire safety, facility services, and SaaS.

They must be organized, analytical, proactive, and capable of turning a growing group of companies into a structured, performance-driven marketing operation.

Marketing Strategy & Department Building

Build the full marketing strategy across all three business divisions.

Create separate marketing plans for the real estate / contracting company, the firefighting company, and the SaaS platform.

Define positioning, target audiences, offers, lead magnets, campaign structures, content strategies, and performance goals for each company.

Build the marketing department from scratch, including processes, roles, reporting systems, workflows, and team responsibilities.

Hire, train, and manage designers, content creators, social media executives, performance marketers, SEO specialists, video editors, copywriters, and marketing coordinators.

Manage agencies, freelancers, media buyers, developers, photographers, videographers, and content creators when needed.

Create marketing calendars, campaign timelines, launch plans, and quarterly growth plans.

B2b Lead Generation & Sales Pipeline

Build and manage B2B lead generation funnels for developers, contractors, property owners, facility managers, consultants, construction companies, commercial clients, industrial clients, and government-related opportunities.

Create lead pipelines for firefighting services, fire safety maintenance contracts, Civil Defence-related services, installation projects, inspections, and safety equipment sales.

Develop lead generation campaigns using paid ads, SEO, landing pages, LinkedIn, Google Search, email outreach, WhatsApp campaigns, CRM workflows, referral campaigns, and partnerships.

Build lead qualification processes, CRM fields, lead scoring systems, landing pages, forms, follow-up automations, and handover systems between marketing and sales.

Track lead source, lead quality, cost per lead, conversion rate, sales opportunity value, and closed revenue.

Support sales teams with brochures, company profiles, presentations, pitch decks, proposal templates, case studies, and service-specific one-pagers.

Seo & Website Growth

Lead SEO strategy across all company websites and landing pages.

Conduct keyword research for real estate, contracting, maintenance, fire safety, firefighting systems, SaaS, realtor tools, contractor tools, tender systems, and B2B services.

Build local SEO strategies for Abu Dhabi, Al Ain, Dubai, UAE, and GCC expansion where relevant.

Optimize website structure, service pages, blog content, metadata, headings, internal linking, schema, page speed, and conversion paths.

Create SEO-focused landing pages for key services and track rankings, traffic, inquiries, phone calls, form submissions, and qualified leads.

Coordinate with developers to improve technical SEO, tracking, site speed, mobile responsiveness, and landing page performance.

Paid Media

Plan, launch, manage, and optimize paid media campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, TikTok Ads, YouTube Ads, and other relevant platforms.

Manage Google Search campaigns for high-intent B2B service keywords.

Build Meta Ads campaigns for awareness, lead generation, retargeting, video views, and service inquiries.

Launch and optimize app install campaigns for the SaaS platform.

Build campaigns to acquire realtors, contractors, service providers, and business users.

Manage retargeting funnels for website visitors, landing page visitors, video viewers, form abandoners, app installers, and inactive users.

Set monthly and quarterly media budgets across all divisions.

Monitor campaign performance daily and optimize based on CPL, CPA, lead quality, conversion rate, app install cost, activation rate, and sales pipeline value.

Build testing systems for creatives, audiences, keywords, offers, hooks, landing pages, and calls-to-action.

Saas App Growth & Onboarding

Create the go-to-market strategy for the SaaS platform targeting realtors, contractors, service providers, and relevant B2B users.

Build acquisition campaigns focused on app installs, sign-ups, demo requests, provider onboarding, contractor onboarding, and tender participation.

Create onboarding funnels using email sequences, WhatsApp flows, in-app education, tutorial videos, help articles, webinars, and sales follow-ups.

Work with product and operations teams to improve user activation, retention, and feature adoption.

Track SaaS metrics such as installs, sign-ups, onboarding completion, active users, tender submissions, provider registrations, cost per install, activated users, churn, retention, and customer lifetime value.

Social Media & Content

Build and manage social media strategies for each division.

Create content pillars for real estate, contracting, fire safety, maintenance, project updates, safety awareness, SaaS education, case studies, team credibility, behind-the-scenes content, testimonials, and industry tips.

Manage Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, Snapchat, and Google Business Profile.

Plan monthly content calendars and coordinate shoots, site visits, project showcases, testimonials, interviews, educational videos, reels, and service explainers.

Create content that supports both brand awareness and lead generation.

Data, Tracking & Reporting

Build a full marketing reporting structure across all companies.

Set up and maintain tracking through GA4, Google Tag Manager, Meta Pixel, Google Ads conversion tracking, LinkedIn Insight Tag, CRM tracking, call tracking, form tracking, WhatsApp click tracking, and app analytics.

Create dashboards showing spend, leads, CPL, lead quality, conversion rate, sales pipeline, app installs, activation, retention, and revenue impact.

Create clear naming conventions for campaigns, ad sets, ads, landing pages, sources, mediums, and CRM lead sources.

Prepare weekly and monthly marketing reports with clear recommendations.

Work with sales teams to connect marketing leads to actual closed deals.

CRM, Automation & Budget

Select, set up, or improve CRM workflows for the group.

Build lead pipelines by company, service, source, lead type, sales stage, and opportunity value.

Create automated follow-up flows for new leads, missed calls, form submissions, WhatsApp inquiries, app sign-ups, demo requests, and inactive users.

Build dashboards for sales follow-up, lead aging, response time, conversion rate, and lost reasons.

Manage the marketing budget across the three companies, allocate spend based on priorities, forecast leads and CPL, monitor paid media spend, prevent wasted budget, and report clearly on return.

Required Experience

5–6 years of marketing experience, preferably in B2B, real estate, construction, maintenance, facilities management, fire safety, SaaS, or service-based companies.

Strong experience in SEO, social media marketing, paid media, Google Ads, Meta Ads, CRM systems, reporting, analytics, and lead generation.

Experience creating B2B lead pipelines and working closely with sales teams.

Experience managing budgets and optimizing campaigns based on performance.

Experience hiring or managing designers, content creators, media buyers, SEO specialists, agencies, or freelancers.

Experience with app install campaigns, SaaS onboarding, or digital product growth is highly preferred.

UAE or GCC market experience is preferred.

Arabic is a plus.
