Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Marketing Manager role based in Dubai.
The Marketing Manager will plan, execute, and optimize marketing campaigns that strengthen brand awareness, drive footfall to Roasters locations, and support e-commerce or delivery channels.
Responsibilities include developing and managing the annual marketing calendar, coordinating product launches and seasonal promotions, and ensuring consistent brand messaging across all channels.
The role involves overseeing social media and content creation, managing collaborations and partnerships, and supporting events and in-store activations that engage the coffee community.
The Marketing Manager will also analyze performance data, manage budgets, work closely with cross-functional teams, and provide regular reporting and recommendations to leadership.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in marketing management, preferably in F&B, hospitality.
- Strong skills in brand management, campaign planning, and digital marketing (including social media and basic performance tracking).
- Experience with content development and overseeing creative assets (copy, visuals, and promotional materials).
- Ability to interpret marketing data, track KPIs, and translate insights into clear actions.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; Arabic is a plus.
- Strong organizational, project management, and stakeholder management abilities.
- Comfort working on-site in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment in Dubai.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Genuine interest in specialty coffee and willingness to learn about coffee products, trends, and consumer behaviors.
