Role Description

The Marketing Manager role at HireGPS is a full-time remote position responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies that drive platform awareness, user acquisition, and engagement.

Day-to-day tasks include planning and implementing digital campaigns, managing brand messaging, and optimizing marketing funnels across channels such as email, social media, paid advertising, and content.

The Marketing Manager will analyze performance data, generate reports, and refine campaigns based on insights to improve ROI and growth metrics.

This role collaborates closely with product, sales, and customer success teams to align marketing initiatives with business goals and user needs.

The Marketing Manager is expected to contribute to strategic planning while also handling hands-on campaign creation and execution.

Qualifications

  • Demonstrated skills in marketing strategy development, campaign planning, and brand positioning.
  • Experience with digital marketing channels, including social media, email marketing, and paid advertising.
  • Strong analytical abilities with proficiency in using marketing analytics tools and interpreting performance data.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft clear, compelling messaging for diverse audiences.
  • Proven ability to manage projects, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a remote work environment.
  • Familiarity with marketing automation platforms, CRM systems, and A/B testing methodologies.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
  • Experience in B2C or B2B SaaS, HRTech, or recruitment-related products is a plus.
  • Comfort working in a fast-paced, data-driven environment and collaborating with cross-functional teams.
