The Opportunity
Are you a brilliant marketer looking for a high-impact "side hustle" with massive upside?
We are looking for a foundational, remote Marketing Manager to drive strategy across our five luxury verticals.
As a startup, we aren't looking for a clock-watcher; we need a strong, reliable, and trustworthy personality who can take extreme ownership of our growth infrastructure and scale with us.
Key Responsibilities
- **Strategy & Execution:**
- Develop integrated marketing plans, oversee content calendars, and manage brand positioning for luxury and premium audiences.
- **Cross-Functional Alignment:**
- Coordinate remotely with our creative, fashion, e-commerce, and spatial design teams to ensure cohesive brand narrative.
- **Digital Growth:**
- Oversee social media presence, email marketing, SEO/SEM, and performance tracking.
- **Data-Driven ROI:**
- Monitor analytics, optimize campaigns, and identify high-value brand partnerships to drive revenue.
Compensation & Future Outlook
- **Current Structure:**
- This is a 100% commission-based role in its initial phase, offering an aggressive percentage tied directly to the revenue generated by your marketing initiatives.
- **The Plan:**
- As an agile startup, we have a clear blueprint.
- This role is designed to transition into a fixed base salary + bonus structure once the company hits its Phase-One scaling milestones.
Who You Are (Requirements)
- **Regional Experience:**
- Minimum of 4 years of professional marketing experience within the GCC or UAE/Dubai market is strictly required.
- You must understand the local luxury consumer landscape.
- **Strong Personality & Trusted Partner:**
- You are a proactive self-starter who requires zero micro-management.
- Because this role is fully remote, absolute reliability, honesty, and high integrity are non-negotiable.
- **The Experience:**
- Proven background in marketing strategy, brand management, and campaign planning for the luxury, fashion, design, or premium lifestyle sectors.
- **Legal Status:**
- You must already possess your own valid residency/work visa (Freelance, partner, or family sponsorship).
- The company will not provide visa sponsorship at this initial stage.
- **Tech-Savvy:**
- Proficient with digital channels, analytics tools, and turning data into actionable growth.
- **Education:**
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or equivalent practical experience.
