Role Description
The Owner role at Pixis is a full-time, on-site position based in Mumbai.
This role is responsible for setting the overall business vision, defining strategic priorities, and ensuring alignment across product, operations, marketing, and sales.
Day-to-day responsibilities include overseeing key business metrics, guiding teams, making data-informed decisions about resource allocation, and identifying new opportunities for growth and partnerships.
The Owner collaborates closely with leadership and functional heads to refine product offerings, improve customer experience, and drive operational efficiency.
This role also involves building a strong organizational culture, mentoring team members, and representing Pixis in external meetings and industry events.
Qualifications
- Experience in leadership roles with responsibility for strategic planning, business growth, and cross-functional coordination.
- Strong understanding of digital advertising, marketing technology, or AI-driven solutions, preferably within consumer brands or related industries.
- Proven ability to interpret business and financial data, manage budgets, and make informed decisions based on performance metrics.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence and align diverse teams.
- Entrepreneurial mindset, with a track record of building or scaling products, services, or business units.
- Ability to work on-site in Mumbai and engage regularly with internal teams, clients, and partners.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Marketing, Technology, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Experience in managing high-growth environments and familiarity with startup or scale-up dynamics is highly beneficial.
