Role Description
The Marketing Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Cottage Grove, MN.
This role is responsible for planning and executing marketing strategies that support Voltas’ medical device development and manufacturing services, including branding, lead generation, and sales enablement.
Day-to-day tasks include managing digital and traditional campaigns, overseeing content and collateral creation, coordinating website and social media initiatives, and supporting product launches.
The Marketing Manager will collaborate closely with sales, regulatory, engineering, and leadership teams to align messaging, develop targeted campaigns, and analyze performance metrics.
The role also involves managing external vendors or agencies as needed and continually refining marketing activities based on data, market feedback, and business priorities.
Qualifications
- Demonstrated experience in marketing strategy, campaign planning, and brand positioning, ideally within medical devices, healthcare, or related technical industries.
- Proficiency in digital marketing channels such as SEO/SEM, email marketing, social media management, and website analytics tools.
- Strong skills in content development and management, including marketing copywriting, presentation creation, and sales collateral support.
- Ability to conduct market research, analyze competitive landscapes, and translate insights into actionable marketing initiatives.
- Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams (e.g., sales, R&D, operations, regulatory) to align marketing with business and product goals.
- Proficiency with marketing automation platforms, CRM systems, and basic design or creative tools is highly beneficial.
- Excellent organizational, project management, and time-management abilities, with a track record of managing multiple campaigns and deadlines.
- Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex technical concepts in clear, accessible language.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent combination of education and relevant experience.
- Experience in B2B marketing, particularly in regulated or highly technical environments, is a plus.
