Role overview
FutureTEC seeks an experienced, hands-on strategic B2B marketer to establish and lead its marketing function and build regional marketing capability.
The role reports to the CEO and supports business strategy, technology portfolio positioning, campaigns, content, partnerships, and measurable marketing contribution.
Regional scope covers Kuwait, Jordan, and Bahrain. The listed location is flexible.
Strategy and brand
- Develop and execute regional marketing strategy and roadmap aligned with business objectives; establish annual and quarterly plans, priorities, budgets, and KPIs.
- Set measurable objectives across brand awareness, demand generation, pipeline contribution, campaigns, events, digital channels, and partner marketing; report performance and recommendations to executives.
- Define and manage FutureTEC and JOUD brand positioning, messaging, and tone of voice for services, solutions, business units, and technology offerings.
- Maintain consistent brand representation and enforce brand guidelines across corporate, commercial, digital, event, and partner materials.
Content, sales, and partnerships
- Lead development of corporate and business-unit presentations, solution collateral, sales enablement materials, case studies, customer success stories, thought leadership, website and LinkedIn content, campaigns, and executive communications.
- Manage external designers, agencies, production partners, and content resources where needed.
- Work with Sales, Presales, business units, and leadership on pipeline development, go-to-market initiatives, targeted campaigns, and account-based marketing.
- Track marketing-generated and influenced opportunities through the sales pipeline and develop assets to support customer engagement throughout the sales cycle.
- Coordinate joint go-to-market initiatives with technology partners, including vendor campaigns, launches, events, customer activities, co-marketing, and partner funds.
Events and digital marketing
- Plan and execute regional conferences, customer and partner events, workshops, executive engagements, and internal initiatives; develop event strategy, messaging, and materials.
- Execute digital, partner-led, account-based, and event-driven campaigns and measure results against commercial and marketing objectives.
- Own the corporate website, LinkedIn presence, and relevant digital channels; manage website enhancements, SEO, digital campaigns, and external digital partners.
- Monitor analytics, campaign performance, engagement, lead generation, conversion, and ROI; work with Commercial teams to align marketing activity, CRM data, and sales pipeline.
Qualifications and experience
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related discipline.
- 6+ years of B2B marketing experience, preferably in technology, IT services, consulting, professional services, or a related sector.
- Proven experience establishing, building, or significantly developing a marketing function.
- Strong understanding of B2B technology and services marketing, rather than purely consumer or e-commerce marketing.
- Experience developing marketing strategy while remaining directly involved in execution.
- Demonstrated experience supporting sales, demand-generation, partner, and go-to-market initiatives.
- Experience managing digital marketing, content, campaigns, events, and corporate communications.
Skills and languages
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English are required; Arabic is a strong advantage.
- Regional market or stakeholder experience is preferred.
- The role calls for commercial understanding, measurable-outcome focus, organization, attention to detail, project and stakeholder management, and effective management of agencies, vendors, and partners.
- The successful candidate is expected to work independently, handle multiple priorities, communicate with senior leadership, and balance strategic direction with hands-on execution.
Opportunity
- Build and shape FutureTEC's marketing function and regional strategy while working directly with executive leadership.
- Support a portfolio spanning cybersecurity, cloud, Microsoft, Data & AI, digital trust, and enterprise technologies and work with global technology partners.
- Gain regional exposure across Kuwait, Jordan, and Bahrain, with potential to grow into broader marketing leadership responsibilities.
