Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Marketing Manager role based in Abu Dhabi Emirate, United Arab Emirates.

The Marketing Manager will develop and execute marketing strategies to promote AL Gahwa AL Arabiya’s coffee products and espresso machines across retail branches and digital channels.

Responsibilities include planning campaigns, managing social media and online presence, coordinating in-store promotions, and ensuring brand consistency in all materials.

The role involves analyzing market trends, monitoring campaign performance, managing budgets, and collaborating with sales and operations teams to drive customer engagement and revenue.

The Marketing Manager will also oversee external agencies or vendors when needed and contribute to new product launches and brand partnerships.

Qualifications

  • Marketing strategy and planning skills, including experience developing and implementing brand and promotional campaigns.
  • Digital marketing capabilities, such as managing social media, online advertising, and content for web and mobile platforms.
  • Market research and analysis skills, with the ability to interpret data, track performance, and make data-informed recommendations.
  • Brand management skills, including maintaining visual identity, messaging consistency, and customer experience standards.
  • Strong communication, presentation, and collaboration skills for working with cross-functional teams and external partners.
  • Project management and organizational skills, including the ability to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and manage budgets.
  • Experience in retail, food & beverage, or coffee-related industries is highly beneficial.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
  • Proficiency in English; Arabic language skills are an advantage.
