Job Title – Marketing Manager

Key Responsibilitie

• s:Develop and execute integrated marketing and communication strategies across residential, marina, mangrove park, education, and destination asset
• s.Drive lead generation, sales campaigns, launches, events, and customer engagement initiatives in collaboration with Sales team
• s.Manage digital marketing, social media, website content, email marketing, SEO, and online advertisin
• g.Create and oversee marketing collateral, content, PR, presentations, videos, newsletters, and brand communication
• s.Coordinate with internal stakeholders and external agencies to deliver impactful campaigns, events, and activation
• s.Monitor campaign performance, ROI, market trends, and competitor activities while ensuring brand consistenc
• y.Support community engagement, resident communications, visitor experiences, partnerships, and crisis communication
• s.Manage marketing budgets, suppliers, approvals, and reportin
• g.Requirement
• s:Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or related fiel
• d.7–10 years of experience in marketing, communications, real estate, destination, hospitality, or lifestyle brand
• s.Strong expertise in lead generation, digital marketing, content creation, brand management, and event marketin
• g.

Experience

• supporting property sales, launches, and customer acquisitio
• n.Knowledge of the UAE real estate market is preferre
• d.Excellent English communication skills; Arabic is a plu
