About This Role

Job Summary

The Marketing Manager is responsible for developing and executing strategic marketing initiatives to promote the medical centre’s dermatology, aesthetic, and wellness services. The role focuses on increasing patient acquisition, strengthening brand presence, and ensuring compliance with healthcare advertising regulations in the UAE.

Key Responsibilities1. Marketing Strategy & Planning

• Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with clinic goals
• Plan monthly and annual marketing calendars (campaigns, promotions, launches)
• Identify target audiences for dermatology and aesthetic services

2. Digital Marketing

• Manage all digital platforms (Instagram, TikTok, Google, website)
• Oversee paid advertising campaigns (Meta Ads, Google Ads)
• Monitor SEO and website performance
• Analyze digital KPIs (reach, engagement, conversion rates)

3. Content & Branding

• Plan and supervise content creation (before/after cases, educational posts, videos)
• Ensure brand consistency across all channels
• Coordinate with doctors for medical content accuracy

4. Patient Acquisition & Retention

• Develop campaigns to increase new patient bookings
• Implement loyalty programs and retention strategies
• Collaborate with reception team to track lead conversion

5. Compliance & Regulations

• Ensure all marketing materials comply with Department of Health – Abu Dhabi (DOH) guidelines
• Coordinate approvals for medical advertisements when required
• Maintain ethical standards in before/after marketing

6. Partnerships & Events

• Build collaborations with influencers and local partners
• Organize in-clinic events, promotions, and open days
• Manage PR opportunities and brand exposure

7. Budget & Performance Tracking

• Manage marketing budget effectively
• Track ROI on campaigns and adjust strategies accordingly
• Prepare monthly marketing reports

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field
• Minimum 3–5 years experience in healthcare, dermatology, or aesthetics marketing (preferred)
• Experience in UAE market is highly preferred

Pay: From AED8,000.00 per day
