Role overview

Key responsibilities

• Generate business and identify organizations with current or upcoming manpower requirements.
• Prospect through cold calls, referrals, online research, LinkedIn, email, and field visits; contact relevant managers and business owners.
• Conduct client meetings and site visits and gather staffing details, including roles, headcount, pay, shifts, location, hours, weekly offs, joining timelines, and statutory needs.
• Prepare quotations and commercial proposals, coordinate costing and pricing, negotiate terms, and follow up through closure.
• Convert leads into work orders, purchase orders, or manpower contracts and coordinate with Recruitment and Operations.
• Build client relationships, identify additional requirements, maintain prospect and activity records, and submit daily and weekly reports.

Services and target markets

• Services include warehouse associates, pickers and packers, loading and unloading staff, delivery executives, helpers, housekeeping and facilities staff, security personnel, and other contract manpower.
• Target clients include warehouses, logistics and e-commerce companies, manufacturers, factories, distribution centres, retailers, corporate offices, hospitals, hotels, construction and industrial companies, 3PLs, and last-mile delivery companies.

Requirements

• Higher Secondary (12th Pass) education is required.
• One year of client management, total work, or marketing experience is preferred.

Pay and benefits

• Pay starts at ₹35,000 per month.
• Cell phone reimbursement is offered.
