Job Summary:

McCoin is seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Marketing Intern to support our growing team as we prepare for full-scale launch. This internship offers hands-on exposure to digital marketing, content creation, and community engagement within the crypto and fintech space. You will work directly with the Marketing Executive to execute campaigns and help grow McCoin's brand presence across digital channels.

Key Responsibilities:

Campaign Support

• Assist in the development and execution of marketing campaigns across digital and social channels.
• Help plan and coordinate product launch announcements and promotional activities.
• Support the team in preparing marketing materials, presentations, and briefs.

Content Creation

• Draft copy for social media posts, newsletters, email campaigns, and blogs.
• Research and propose content ideas aligned with crypto and fintech trends.
• Coordinate with the design team to prepare graphics and visual assets.

Social Media Assistance

• Assist in scheduling and publishing content across Twitter/X, Instagram, LinkedIn, and Telegram.
• Monitor platform engagement and compile performance data for reporting.
• Engage with the community through comments, replies, and DMs under supervision.

Research & Analytics

• Conduct competitor and market research to inform marketing strategy.
• Help track KPIs using tools such as Google Analytics and Meta Business Suite.
• Compile weekly reports on campaign metrics and audience growth.

Administrative Support

• Maintain and update the content calendar and marketing asset library.
• Assist with logistics and coordination for events, webinars, and AMAs.
• Perform other marketing-related tasks as assigned by the Marketing Executive.

Required Qualifications

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in or recently completed a Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
• Prior internship or academic project experience in digital marketing is a plus.
• Genuine interest in cryptocurrency, blockchain, or fintech is highly desirable.

Skills & Tools

• Basic understanding of social media platforms and digital marketing concepts.
• Familiarity with tools such as Canva, Google Analytics, or HubSpot is an advantage.
• Comfortable working with Microsoft Office or Google Workspace.

Soft Skills

• Creative, curious, and eager to learn in a fast-paced environment.
• Good written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Detail-oriented with strong time management and ability to meet deadlines.
• Team player who can also work independently when needed.

Compensations and Benefits:

• Working Hours: Mondays to Fridays from 9AM to 5PM
• Duration: 3-6 months (with potential for full-time conversion based on performance)
• Stipend: To be discussed

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From AED2,000.00 per month
