Role Description
This is a remote internship role (WORK EXPERIENCE - UNPAID) for a Marketing Intern at Connect Glocal (CGSMENA).
The Marketing Intern will support day-to-day marketing activities, including assisting with social media content creation, basic copywriting, and scheduling posts across platforms.
The intern will help research market trends, audiences, and competitors, and contribute to simple campaign ideas and community engagement initiatives.
They will assist in tracking basic performance metrics, organizing digital assets, and coordinating with team members to ensure consistent brand presence.
This internship offers hands-on experience in a collaborative, globally minded environment, with opportunities to learn, experiment, and contribute to real initiatives.
Qualifications
- Interest in marketing fundamentals, including social media, content creation, and community engagement.
- Basic research, writing, and communication skills, with attention to detail and clarity.
- Comfort using digital tools and platforms such as social media channels, collaboration tools, and basic office software.
- Ability to work independently in a remote setting, manage time effectively, and meet agreed deadlines.
- Genuine curiosity about global and local markets, startups, and innovation ecosystems.
- Currently pursuing or recently completed studies in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
- Collaborative mindset, openness to feedback, and willingness to learn new skills and tools.
