Marketing Head - European Prefered

About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute marketing strategies aligned with business objectives
• Manage multi-channel marketing campaigns across digital, social media, email, and content platforms
• Drive lead generation, client acquisition, and business growth initiatives
• Plan, organize, and execute networking events, business meetups, and engagement activities
• Build strategic partnerships and strengthen brand presence within professional communities
• Represent the company at networking events, business forums, exhibitions, and industry gatherings
• Create and manage marketing content, branding materials, and promotional campaigns
• Maintain consistent brand positioning and communication across all channels
• Monitor campaign performance, analyze results, and optimize marketing effectiveness
• Conduct market research and identify new growth opportunities within the UAE market
• Collaborate with management on business development and expansion initiatives

Requirements

• Minimum 3–4 years of UAE marketing managerial experience (Mandatory)
• European preferred
• Proven experience managing full-spectrum marketing independently
• Strong understanding of the UAE market and business landscape
• Hands-on experience in digital marketing, brand management, lead generation, and event marketing
• Strong networking, communication, and relationship-building skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects and campaigns simultaneously
• Commercially minded with a strong focus on business growth and measurable results
• Professional presence and confidence in representing the company externally

Preferred Qualifications

• Exposure to European markets or European professional background preferred
• Experience within BNI or similar structured networking organizations is highly advantageous
• Experience working across multiple industries or business verticals is a plus
