Role Overview
We’re looking for a high-agency, hands-on Marketing Generalist to partner closely with the Head of
Marketing on a fast-moving execution roadmap.
This is a special projects role; you'll work across performance, retention, email & WhatsApp automation, and platform operations to get things done.
Think
of it as the right hand to marketing leadership for intense, ownership-driven execution.

1. Retention & CRM (Email + WhatsApp)
- Design and execute WA journeys across cohorts (first-time investors, cold leads, pre-KYC leads, etc.)
- Use engagement tools to set up nudges, drip campaigns, and reactivation workflows
- Support feedback loops via surveys, reviews, and user interviews to inform message testing
2. Performance Marketing Ops
- Build creative briefs, iterate landing pages, and track funnel metrics
- Run experiments on creatives, copy, and formats to improve CAC and KYC conversion
3. Owned Channel Marketing
- Support execution of LinkedIn content engine from post creation to carousel coordination
- Build and send investor updates/newsletters.
4. Website & Platform Ops
- Help optimize our homepage, LPs, and onboard flows for SEO, conversion and LCP improvements.
- QA content and experience before each feature/product/infra launch
5. Special Projects & Experiments
- Execute short turnaround campaigns (events, PR activations, rewards-based experiments)
- Coordinate between design, dev, and content freelancers for agile delivery
Must-Have Skills
- 2–5 years across high-growth startups or digital-first brands (preferably D2C, fintech, or SaaS)
- Proven execution experience in email/WA marketing, retention flows, or CRM tools
- Familiarity with performance marketing campaign structure & creative testing
- Bias for speed and “figure-it-out” attitude
- Nice to Have
- You’ve scaled content on platforms like YouTube, LinkedIn, or Instagram
- You’ve worked with low-code tools (Webflow, Zapier, Google Sheets-based automations)
- Prior experience in fintech, crypto, or investing products is a plus
