The Mission
Bayshore Fiji LLC is looking for a **Marketing Finance Manager to act** as the strategic link between our creative marketing efforts and our financial performance.
Your goal is to maximize the impact of every marketing dollar by ensuring high-level budget precision and clear ROI transparency.
Your Impact
- **Budget Stewardship:** Direct the allocation and tracking of multi-channel marketing budgets, ensuring all spend aligns with regional strategic goals.
- **ROI & Performance Analysis:** Develop sophisticated models to measure the financial effectiveness of campaigns, providing data-driven insights to the Marketing Director.
- **Contract & Vendor Governance:** Oversee financial negotiations and payment cycles for external agencies, media partners, and creative vendors.
- **Strategic Reporting:** Deliver concise monthly financial briefs that translate complex marketing data into actionable fiscal reports for executive leadership.
Who You Are
- **Experienced:** You possess 8+ years of seniority in finance, specifically within marketing, advertising, or consumer goods sectors.
- **Qualified:** You hold a degree in Finance or Accounting; a CPA or professional marketing-finance certification is a plus.
- **Technical:** You are an expert in budget management software and possess advanced Excel skills for campaign performance modeling.
- **Articulate:** You have professional English fluency, capable of presenting financial concepts to creative teams and international stakeholders.
