Role overview
The Marketing Executive plans and executes marketing and communications, strengthens MEFMA’s brand, and drives engagement across digital channels.
The role promotes membership, training, events, and initiatives and contributes to visibility, audience engagement, and organizational growth.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement marketing strategy and maintain consistent brand identity, messaging, and visual design.
- Manage digital marketing, media relations, press releases, publications, website content, and design requirements.
- Identify marketing opportunities and partnerships; manage advertising and promotions to expand reach and generate revenue.
- Track performance, prepare reports, manage the marketing budget, and respond to inquiries across email, website, and social media.
- Monitor marketing trends and represent MEFMA at relevant meetings, events, workshops, and conferences.
- Perform other duties assigned by the Events Manager and Executive Director.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of relevant marketing, communications, or similar experience.
- Fluency in spoken and written Arabic and English.
- Strong communication, attention to detail, organization, and ability to manage competing priorities and deadlines.
- Ability to travel and represent MEFMA regionally.
- Strategic thinking, creative execution, coordination, negotiation, and a proactive, responsible approach.
Compensation
- Pay is up to AED 9,000 per month.

- Work location is in person.
