About the Role
We are looking for a creative, driven, and resourceful Social Media Marketing Executive to join us in-house in Dubai.
This person will take full ownership of the social media presence for both Arabnb Holiday Homes across Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and LinkedIn.
You will be the voice and visual identity of both brands online — planning, creating, filming, editing, and publishing content on a daily basis.
You will also manage the Founder’s personal LinkedIn profile, building thought leadership in the hospitality and real estate space.
Being based on-site in Dubai is essential.
The role requires frequent content filming at our vacation home properties, development sites, and around Dubai, as well as real-time posting and close collaboration with the team.
This is not a remote or hybrid position.
Key Responsibilities
Arabnb Holiday Homes — Vacation Homes & Hospitality · Create and execute a social media content calendar for Arabnb across Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook, showcasing our luxury vacation home portfolio.
· Film and edit high-quality property walkthrough videos, guest experience content, Reels, TikToks, and Stories that highlight the lifestyle and amenities of each Arabnb property.
· Develop content themes around Dubai tourism, luxury short-stay living, guest testimonials, property reveals, and seasonal promotions.
· Write compelling captions and copy that speak to potential guests, property owners, and investors, tailored to each platform.
· Engage with the Arabnb community — respond to DMs, comments, and inquiries promptly to drive bookings and build brand loyalty.
· Build and execute a direct booking strategy to reduce reliance on OTAs (Airbnb, Booking.com, etc.) and drive guests to book directly through the Arabnb website.
· Set up and manage retargeting campaigns via Meta Business Suite to re-engage previous guests and website visitors, encouraging repeat stays and direct bookings.
· Implement and manage basic SEO for the Arabnb website — optimise property listing pages, blog content, meta descriptions, and keywords to increase organic search visibility and drive traffic.
· Create and drive traffic to dedicated landing pages, seasonal offers, and promotional campaigns designed to convert website visitors into direct bookings.
· Develop and manage a customer loyalty program to incentivise repeat guests — including referral rewards, returning guest discounts, exclusive offers, and email-based re-engagement campaigns.
· Work on email marketing flows (welcome sequences, post-stay follow-ups, special offers) to nurture past guests and encourage direct re-bookings.
· Track and report on Arabnb social media performance metrics (reach, engagement, follower growth, booking enquiries, website traffic, direct booking conversions) and provide actionable insights.
· Plan, set up, run, and optimise paid advertising campaigns through Meta Business Suite (Facebook & Instagram Ads), including audience targeting, A/B testing, budget management, and performance reporting.
· Set up and manage TikTok Ads campaigns when required.
· Design graphics, carousels, thumbnails, and marketing creatives using Canva and other design tools for both brands.
· Monitor social media trends, competitor activity, and platform algorithm changes to keep both brands ahead of the curve.
· Coordinate and plan content shoots, including scheduling, location scouting, and directing talent on camera.
· Manage influencer outreach and coordinate collaborations relevant to either brand.
· Provide weekly/monthly performance reports with data-driven recommendations.
Requirements & Qualifications
· Experience: 1–2 years of hands-on experience in social media marketing, content creation, or a similar digital marketing role.
Experience
in real estate, hospitality, or luxury lifestyle brands is a strong plus.
· Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or a related field (preferred but not mandatory if experience is strong).
· Video Editing: Proficient in video editing software such as CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro, InShot, or similar tools.
Must be able to produce polished, professional video content independently — from filming to final edit.
· Design Skills: Strong working knowledge of Canva for creating social media graphics, Stories templates, presentation decks, and marketing collateral.
· Meta Business Suite: Hands-on experience with Meta Business Suite is essential.
Must know how to set up, run, and optimise paid ad campaigns on Facebook and Instagram, including audience targeting, custom audiences, lookalike audiences, retargeting, A/B testing, and budget management.
Ability to read and act on ad performance data is a must.
· Platform Expertise: Deep understanding of Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and LinkedIn — including best practices, algorithms, content formats, and native analytics tools.
· Copywriting: Excellent written English with the ability to craft engaging captions, CTAs, and copy for different audiences — from luxury hospitality guests to real estate investors and brokers.
· Creativity: A strong creative eye with the ability to conceptualise and execute original content ideas that drive engagement, build brand awareness, and generate leads.
· SEO & Website Traffic: Basic to intermediate understanding of SEO principles — keyword research, on-page optimisation, meta tags, and content strategy to drive organic traffic to the Arabnb website and increase direct bookings.
· Analytics: Comfortable using Meta Business Suite, TikTok Analytics, LinkedIn Analytics, Instagram Insights, and Google Analytics to measure performance, track website traffic, and inform strategy.
· Email Marketing: Familiarity with email marketing platforms (e.g., Mailchimp, Brevo) for building guest re-engagement flows, loyalty campaigns, and promotional newsletters.
· Location: Must be based in Dubai, UAE and available to work on-site full-time.

Nice to Have
· Experience running TikTok Ads campaigns.
· Experience with scheduling tools such as Later, Hootsuite, Buffer, or Metricool.
· Photography skills and comfort being on camera or directing others on camera.
· Familiarity with CRM tools or lead capture workflows.
· Experience in Dubai’s real estate or holiday home/hospitality industry.
· Experience with Google Ads or Google Hotel Ads for driving direct bookings.
· Familiarity with loyalty program tools or platforms (e.g., Stamp Me, LoyaltyLion).
· Understanding of OTA dynamics (Airbnb, Booking.com) and strategies to drive direct bookings away from third-party platforms.
