Job Summary
Prime Green Cleaning LLC is looking for a highly motivated and results-driven Marketing Executive to join our team immediately.
The ideal candidate must have strong marketing skills and a proven ability to generate quality leads for cleaning services, including residential, commercial, and office clients.
We are looking for someone who can start working ASAP and actively contribute to growing our customer base from day one.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate qualified leads for residential, commercial, and office cleaning services.
- Develop and execute marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and sales.
- Identify and approach potential clients through online and offline marketing channels.
- Manage social media platforms and marketing campaigns.
- Create and publish engaging marketing content.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis.
- Build relationships with property management companies, offices, retail stores, and other potential clients.
- Follow up with leads and support the sales process.
- Track marketing performance and provide regular reports.
Requirements
- Proven experience in marketing and lead generation.
- Strong knowledge of digital marketing and social media platforms.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently and achieve targets.
- Experience in the cleaning, facilities management, or service industry is an advantage.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Immediate availability preferred.
