Marketing Executive

Location:** Dubai, UAE

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute digital marketing strategies for real estate projects and property listings.
• Create engaging marketing content using AI tools to enhance productivity and campaign performance.
• Plan, shoot, and edit high-quality property videos, agent videos, and promotional content for social media and digital advertising.
• Manage and grow the company's social media platforms, ensuring consistent branding and audience engagement.
• Generate high-quality buyer and seller leads through digital marketing campaigns.
• Create and manage paid advertising campaigns on Meta (Facebook & Instagram), Google, and other relevant platforms.
• Coordinate with the sales team to promote new property launches, listings, and company campaigns.
• Monitor marketing performance, analyze campaign results, and recommend improvements.
• Stay updated with the latest real estate marketing trends, AI technologies, and digital marketing best practices.

Requirements

• Minimum **3 years of experience** in digital marketing (real estate industry experience is preferred).
• Strong knowledge of **AI marketing tools** such as ChatGPT, Canva AI, or similar platforms.
• Proven experience in **video shooting, editing, and content creation**.
• Hands-on experience with **lead generation** and performance marketing.
• Knowledge of Meta Ads, Google Ads, social media marketing, SEO, and email marketing.
• Excellent communication, creativity, and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
