The Role
We're looking for a hands-on, go-getter Marketing Executive who is just as comfortable out in the field as they are behind a screen.
This role goes beyond social media — you'll be the face of our brand on the ground, actively engaging communities, attending events, and driving real-world visibility while also managing our digital presence and content creation.
*Field & Offsite Marketing*
- Represent the brand at events, activations, community gatherings, and partner locations
- Conduct regular offsite visits to distribute materials, build local awareness, and engage target audiences directly
- Identify and pursue on-ground marketing opportunities (pop-ups, collaborations, sponsorships)
- Build relationships with local businesses, venues, and community figures
- *Digital & Content*
- Plan and execute campaigns across digital and offline channels
- Design print and digital materials (flyers, brochures, presentations)
- Capture and edit photos/videos from events and workshops
- Produce reels and promo content; manage the media asset library
- Manage daily posts and engagement across all social platforms
- Ensure consistent tone and visuals across all channels
- Draft press releases, newsletters, and event updates
- Build media and influencer partnerships
- *Analytics & Reporting*
- Track campaign metrics across both online and offline activity
- Maintain performance reports for review
Qualifications & Requirements
- Bachelor's in Marketing, Media, Communications, or a related field
- 2+ years of experience in marketing — field/on-ground experience is a strong plus
- UAE Driving License required — you will be expected to travel for work regularly
- Proficient in editing tools; strong photography/videography skills
- Excellent written and verbal English (Arabic is a plus)
- Deeply in tune with Gen Z culture, viral trends, and what's resonating right now
- Confident, personable, and comfortable representing the brand face-to-face
- Highly organised, creative, and able to multitask
- Familiar with social media tools, SEO, and Google Analytics (preferred)
