About This Role

Overview

The Marketing Executive will be responsible for planning, implementing, and monitoring marketing campaigns to promote the theme park's attractions, events, and services.

The role focuses on increasing visitor attendance, enhancing brand awareness, and supporting revenue growth through effective marketing strategies.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute marketing campaigns across digital and traditional media platforms.
  • Manage social media accounts, create engaging content, and monitor audience engagement.
  • Coordinate promotional activities, special events, seasonal campaigns, and product launches.
  • Assist in the development of marketing materials, including brochures, advertisements, newsletters, and website content.
  • Conduct market research to identify customer trends, competitor activities, and new opportunities.
  • Collaborate with external agencies, media partners, influencers, and vendors.
  • Monitor and analyze campaign performance using marketing analytics tools and prepare regular reports.
  • Support customer engagement initiatives and loyalty programs.
  • Maintain brand consistency across all marketing channels and communications.
  • Assist in managing the marketing budget and ensuring cost-effective campaign execution.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
  • 2–5 years of GCC marketing experience, preferably within the entertainment, tourism, hospitality, or theme park industry, of which a minimum of 2 years of experience in Qatar is desired.
  • Strong knowledge of digital marketing, social media platforms, and content creation.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and marketing analytics tools.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Creative thinking with strong organizational and project management abilities.
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Fluency in English; Arabic language skills are an advantage.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience with Google Analytics, SEO, SEM, and social media advertising.
  • Graphic design or basic video editing knowledge.
  • Event planning and activation experience.
  • CRM and email marketing platform experience.
