About This Role
Summary
Plan and execute marketing strategies to build brand awareness, generate leads, and support sales growth across digital and offline channels.
Key Responsibilities
- **Campaign Management:** Develop, launch, and optimize integrated campaigns (digital, email, social, events, partnerships).
- **Content Creation:** Produce or oversee blogs, social posts, email copy, landing pages, ads, and collateral; manage content calendar.
- **Digital & Paid Media:** Run paid campaigns (Google, Meta, LinkedIn), manage SEO basics, and optimize website content and landing pages.
- **Lead Generation & Nurturing:** Build funnels, set up landing pages/forms, run email nurture programs, and align with sales/CRM workflows.
- **Analytics & Reporting:** Track KPIs (MQLs, conversion rates, CAC, ROAS, traffic); analyze performance and recommend optimizations.
- **Brand & Creative Coordination:** Ensure consistent brand messaging and work with design/agencies on creatives and assets.
- **Event & Partnership Support:** Plan webinars, trade shows, and partner activities; manage logistics and follow-up.
- **Budget & Vendor Management:** Monitor campaign budgets, evaluate vendors/agencies, and process invoices.
- **Market Research:** Monitor competitors, customer insights, and industry trends to inform strategy.
- **Collaboration:** Work closely with sales, product, design, and external agencies to align goals and execute campaigns.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- Experience: 1–4 years in marketing (B2B or B2C depending on role).
- Technical skills: Google Analytics, Google Ads, Meta Ads, email platforms (HubSpot, Mailchimp), CRM familiarity (HubSpot/Salesforce), CMS experience (WordPress), and Excel competence.
- Soft skills: Strong written/verbal communication, project management, creativity, analytical mindset, and ability to multitask.
Preferred
- Certifications: Google Ads/Analytics, HubSpot Inbound, Meta Blueprint.
- Experience: Marketing automation, paid media management, content strategy, and agency coordination.
- Skills: Basic HTML/CSS for emails, A/B testing, CRO, and familiarity with design tools (Canva, Figma, Photoshop).
- Pay: QAR95.12 - QAR176.20 per hour
