Marketing Executive/Content Creator – Residential Real Estate Start-Up - Dubai
**Employment Type:** Full-time
**Salary:** AED 8,000 - AED 12,000 per month (depending on experience)
The Role
We are looking for a creative and driven Marketing Executive / Content Creator to manage the marketing and social media output for our growing real estate agency in Dubai.
This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is passionate about property marketing, social media, and content creation, and who can produce polished, engaging content suited to the Dubai real estate market.
Key Responsibilities
- Create and manage marketing content for new property listings
- Attend properties to capture photography, videos, and social media content
- Produce and edit Instagram reels, social media posts, and promotional videos
- Coordinate professional video shoots and external creatives where required
- Manage Instagram and other social media platforms
- Update and maintain the company website with new listings and content
- Create and manage content calendars and marketing schedules
- Support the development and consistency of the company brand
- Ensure all content is professional, engaging, and aligned with the business image
- Assist with general digital marketing and day-to-day marketing activities
Requirements
- Previous experience in marketing, social media, or content creation
- Real estate marketing experience is highly desirable
- Strong understanding of Instagram, reels, and social media trends
- Ability to create high-quality photo and video content
- Experience using editing software and content creation tools
- Creative mindset with strong attention to detail
- Excellent organisational and communication skills
- Confident working independently and managing multiple projects
- Knowledge of the Dubai real estate market is an advantage
