About This Role
Overview
We are looking for a dynamic and experienced **Marketing Executive** to join our team.
Key Requirements
- Previous experience in **Interior Designing, Fit-Out, and MEP Works**
- Strong ability to identify and develop new business opportunities
- Experience in handling and maintaining relationships with existing clients
- Good communication, negotiation, and client management skills
- Ability to coordinate with project and estimation teams
- Knowledge of the local market and contracting industry will be an advantage
Key Responsibilities
- Generate new leads and business opportunities
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and consultants
- Follow up on inquiries, quotations, and project opportunities
- Manage existing client accounts and ensure customer satisfaction
- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth project execution
- Achieve sales and business development targets
Preferred Candidate Profile
- Self-motivated and target-oriented
- Strong networking and presentation skills
- Valid driving license is preferred
- Arabic speaking is mandatory
- Minimum 5 years experience in relevant industry preferred
- Arabic and Multilanguage will be an advantage
Experience
- Fit out/MEP/Interior design : 5 years (Required)
