Role Description
We are seeking a strategic and results-driven Marketing Director / Marketing Manager to lead the organization’s marketing strategy and execution.
This role is responsible for developing integrated marketing plans, strengthening brand positioning, driving customer acquisition and engagement, and supporting overall business growth through effective marketing initiatives.
The successful candidate will oversee end-to-end marketing activities, including strategy development, campaign planning, brand management, digital marketing, and performance analysis.
You will work closely with senior leadership and cross-functional teams to align marketing efforts with business objectives, identify market opportunities, and deliver impactful campaigns across multiple channels.
Key responsibilities include designing and executing marketing strategies, managing marketing campaigns, overseeing content and digital marketing initiatives, analyzing market trends and customer insights, managing marketing budgets, tracking campaign performance, and optimizing marketing effectiveness.
The role also involves leading or supporting product launches, improving brand visibility, evaluating competitive positioning, and ensuring consistent messaging across all communication channels.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, Public Relations, or a related field.
- Strong understanding of marketing strategy, brand management, digital marketing, and integrated communications.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Strong analytical and strategic thinking abilities with a data-driven mindset.
- Experience in campaign management, market research, and performance analytics.
- Proficiency in marketing tools, CRM systems, analytics platforms, and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong project management and organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
- Creative thinking combined with strong commercial awareness.
- Ability to develop and execute both strategic and operational marketing plans.
- High level of professionalism, adaptability, and results orientation.
- Fluency in English; additional languages are considered an advantage.
