The Marketing Director / Marketing Manager is responsible for leading the organization’s marketing strategy, brand positioning, and demand generation initiatives to drive business growth and market competitiveness.
This role oversees integrated marketing programs across digital, traditional, and experiential channels to ensure consistent messaging and measurable performance.
Key responsibilities include developing and executing comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with business objectives, market trends, and customer insights.
The role manages brand positioning, campaign planning, and go-to-market strategies to strengthen brand awareness, customer acquisition, and retention.
The position oversees multi-channel marketing activities, including digital marketing, content marketing, performance marketing, product marketing, events, and public relations.
It ensures campaigns are data-driven, creatively strong, and aligned with overall business priorities.
In addition, the role analyzes market trends, customer behavior, and campaign performance metrics to evaluate effectiveness and optimize marketing investments.
It uses data insights to refine targeting, messaging, and channel strategies to maximize ROI and business impact.
The role leads and develops marketing teams, manages budgets, and collaborates closely with sales, product, and executive leadership.

Qualifications
- Strong understanding of marketing strategy, brand management, digital marketing, product marketing, and customer acquisition principles.

- Familiarity with SEO, SEM, content strategy, and marketing automation is advantageous.
