Role Overview
The Marketing Director will own Fuze's marketing strategy, brand positioning, demand generation, communications, and content across all markets.
This role combines strategic leadership with hands-on execution and will be responsible for building a high-performing marketing function that supports revenue growth, strengthens brand awareness, and positions Fuze as a category leader in digital asset infrastructure.
You will work closely with Commercial, Product, Partnerships, and Leadership teams to create integrated campaigns that drive pipeline, customer engagement, and market expansion.
Marketing Strategy & Leadership
- Develop and execute Fuze's regional marketing strategy aligned with business objectives.
- Define positioning, messaging, and go-to-market strategies for products and new markets.
- Build and scale a high-performing marketing team and agency ecosystem.
- Manage marketing budgets and optimize ROI across channels.
Demand Generation & Growth
- Own pipeline generation targets and marketing-sourced revenue.
- Design and execute integrated campaigns across digital, content, events, PR, and partnerships.
- Optimize acquisition funnels and marketing performance metrics.
- Collaborate closely with Sales and Partnerships teams to drive commercial outcomes.
Brand & Communications
- Strengthen Fuze's brand presence and thought leadership in the digital assets ecosystem.
- Lead content strategy including blogs, reports, webinars, social media, and executive thought leadership.
- Oversee PR, media relations, and external communications.
- Ensure consistency in messaging across markets and channels.
Product Marketing
- Translate complex technical products into compelling customer narratives.
- Support product launches and GTM initiatives.
- Develop customer personas, value propositions, and sales enablement materials.
- Work closely with Product teams to communicate features and use cases effectively.
Events & Partnerships
- Lead Fuze's participation in key industry conferences and events globally.
- Develop strategic partnerships that amplify brand awareness and lead generation.
- Oversee event strategy, sponsorships, and executive speaking opportunities.
Analytics & Performance
- Establish KPIs and reporting frameworks to measure marketing effectiveness.
- Leverage data and AI-driven tools to optimize campaigns and customer engagement.
- Continuously test and improve channel performance and conversion metrics.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in B2B marketing, with at least 4 years in a leadership role.
- Experience building and scaling marketing functions within high-growth technology, fintech, payments, SaaS, or digital asset businesses.
- Strong expertise across demand generation, product marketing, brand, content, and communications.
- Proven ability to drive pipeline growth and measurable business outcomes.
- Experience working closely with founders and executive teams.
- Exceptional storytelling and communication skills.
- Strong analytical mindset and familiarity with modern marketing technologies and AI tools.
- Experience managing agencies and cross-functional stakeholders.
- Knowledge of fintech, payments, Web3, or digital assets is highly desirable.
