Role Overview

The Marketing Data Analyst will be responsible for collecting, analyzing, and interpreting marketing data to optimize campaigns and measure performance. This role requires strong analytical skills, proficiency in data visualization, and the ability to collaborate with creative and strategy teams.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collect and analyze marketing data from digital platforms, campaigns, and audience engagement.
  • Develop dashboards and reports to track KPIs and campaign performance.
  • Provide insights to optimize marketing strategies and improve ROI.
  • Collaborate with creative and strategy teams to align data with campaign goals.
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis.
  • Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and compliance with company policies.
  • Present findings and recommendations to management and clients.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing Analytics, Data Science, Statistics, or related field.
  • 2–4 years of experience in marketing analytics or data analysis roles.
  • Strong proficiency in Excel, SQL, and data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau, or similar).
  • Knowledge of digital marketing platforms (Google Analytics, Meta Ads, etc.).
  • Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Fluency in English; Arabic is a plus.
