Marketing Cum Editor

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and handle all social media platforms, including Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, YouTube, and other digital channels.
• Develop and execute strategies to grow social media pages, increase followers, improve engagement, and strengthen brand presence.
• Plan, shoot, edit, and publish high-quality video content, including Reels, Shorts, promotional videos, and event coverage.
• Create engaging content, captions, and marketing campaigns aligned with company goals.
• Manage and optimize Meta (Facebook & Instagram) Ads and Google Ads campaigns to generate leads and maximize ROI.
• Monitor social media trends, competitor activities, and audience behavior to improve content performance.
• Track campaign performance and prepare regular reports on growth, engagement, and lead generation.
• Coordinate with the sales and marketing team to support branding and business development initiatives.

Requirements

• Proficiency in Hindi and English (spoken and written).
• Strong skills in video shooting, editing, and content creation.
• Experience in managing and growing social media accounts.
• Knowledge of Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads.
• Creative, organized, and capable of handling multiple projects simultaneously.
• Freshers with strong skills and experienced candidates are encouraged to apply.
